Meet our facilitators

Hamna Fayyaz
Design Thinking Facilitator & Product Designer at DiversITy-talent
Hamna Fayyaz
Design Thinking Facilitator & Product Designer
I’m a design thinking facilitator and product designer who enjoys taking complex challenges and breaking them down into creative, people-focused solutions. I value the design thinking process because it gives space to explore ideas, experiment with different approaches, and keep problem-solving both practical and imaginative.
Outside of work, I enjoy watercolour painting and finding inspiration in the outdoors, whether that’s through quiet moments surrounded by nature or simply slowing down to notice the small details around me. I believe strongly in balance and authenticity, and I try to bring those values into both my professional and personal life. For me, creativity comes from staying true to yourself, being open to new experiences, and not being afraid to take an unconventional path.

Design Thinking Facilitator at DiversITy-talent
As David Kelley, founder of IDEO, once said, “The main tenet of design thinking is empathy for the people you’re trying to design for.” That line has always stuck with me. I started out in product design and now I’m studying Innovation Design Engineering at the RCA and Imperial. My passion has always been about people, psychology and unlocking potential – not just making things look good. That’s why I love delivering at DiversITy-talent. I get to bring design thinking into classrooms, and the best part is seeing young people discover their creativity, grow in confidence, and realise what they’re truly capable of.
