Volunteering in schools to discuss career opportunities has given me an insight into the lack of awareness of possible careers in business and technology and a sense that many children think ‘it’s not for me’ and the feeling is most prevalent in diverse groups with massive potential in these areas. With the inspiration and drive of the co-founders Anna & Jeremy and the support of some esteemed founder partners, I can’t wait to work with DiversITy Talent to provide a basis for students that would otherwise miss out on the opportunity to become the pipeline of talent for business and technology in the next ten years.
