The DiversITy-talent programme for 2023-2024 has made significant strides in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within business and technology careers. The outcome has been that our programme has elevated the desire, across all groups, to pursue careers in modern business and technology, either as employees or as entrepreneurs.
